• Please note that any delivery or return shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

• If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days in the form of a voucher.

• This voucher can be used for future purchases exclusively through our online application.

• The cost of return delivery will be deducted from the voucher amount.

Exchange

• Products can be exchanged within 7 days if found defective or damaged upon delivery.
